Barista

About the role

Responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and food products. Ensures cleanliness, proper food and beverage handling, accurate order preparation, and a welcoming customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks according to standard recipes and quality guidelines
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, equipment, and workstations
• Properly operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking coffee, ingredients, packaging, and other supplies
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Handle customer concerns and requests professionally and promptly
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment preparation
• Support the team in achieving sales, service, and operational targets
