The Position:

We are looking for team members to join us in the newest R&B Tea location in Norwalk! We’re looking for Part-Time baristas and cashiers with a passion for customer service and boba!

• Pay + Tips: $16.90/hr - $18/hr.
• All employees are eligible for a performance-based raise every year.

Available shifts

Night shift, Day shift, Weekend availability, 4 - 8 hour shifts, Holidays, Monday to Friday, Evening shift

The Location:

10923 Alondra Blvd Norwalk, CA 90650

R&B Tea Norwalk is located at Alondra Plaza, just across the street from Cerritos College. Our location is right off the I-605. The surrounding area is lively and busy with the college campus, In-n-Out, LA Fitness, and more!

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service
• Blending/preparing drinks and ingredients
• Maintaining and keeping a food clean environment
• Assisting team members and supervisors as needed
