Barista

General Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably in a hotel, café, or restaurant.
2. Minimum Senior High School/Vocational School graduate.
3. Good knowledge of coffee preparation, beverages, and basic bar equipment.
4. Good communication and customer service skills.
5. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Description:

1. Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to standards.
2. Operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment properly.
3. Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area.
5. Provide friendly and professional service to guests and handle their requests appropriately.
