Barista – Full Time (40 Hours/Week)

Kaffas is looking for an energetic, friendly, and responsible Barista to join our team.

Position: Barista
Schedule: Full-Time – 40 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate availability required

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based beverages, specialty coffees, iced drinks, and other menu items.
• Provide excellent and friendly customer service.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain the coffee station, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining product quality.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide a great customer experience.

Requirements

• Immediate availability.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Barista or coffee shop experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates with strong customer service skills.
