Full-Time Barista – L’ETO

Position: Full-Time Barista
Hours: 35-48
Availability: Full flexibility required, including weekends and bank holidays
Location: Central London

The Role
We are looking for a strong, reliable and experienced full-time Barista to join our busy L’ETO team.
You must be confident working in a high-volume environment, maintaining quality and speed during busy service, and be willing to continuously develop your coffee knowledge and technical skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and drinks
• Understand espresso extraction, including dose, yield, extraction time and grind adjustment
• Calibrate grinders and monitor coffee quality throughout the day
• Weigh coffee dose and espresso yield accurately
• Manual tamping and correct coffee distribution
• Steam milk to the correct temperature and texture
• Maintain consistent presentation and latte art standards
• Keep the bar fully prepared and stocked for service
• Work efficiently during busy periods and manage multiple orders
• Maintain excellent cleanliness and equipment care
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Identify and report equipment or quality issues promptly
• Support other team members during service
