Barista

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at our upcoming café in Dubai Investment Park (DIP).

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, professional attitude. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, serving basic food items, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot and cold beverages.
• Operate and maintain the espresso machine and coffee equipment.
• Prepare and serve basic food items and pastries.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Serve food and drinks to customers and ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the coffee station and café.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and daily café operations.
• Monitor coffee, milk, food, and beverage inventory and communicate stock requirements.
• Work closely with the pastry and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
• Good knowledge of espresso-based beverages and coffee preparation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
