Job Description – Barista

Position: Barista – Café Operations
Location: Bhavnagar
Salary: ₹11,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages and other café products.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and café equipment.
• Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle billing/POS and maintain daily sales records.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Check stock and assist in inventory management.
• Support daily café opening, closing and routine operations.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista / Café Staff preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Candidates from Bhavnagar or nearby locations preferred.
