BARISTA

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School or College graduate, preferably in HRM or a similar vocational field.
• At least six (6) months to one (1) year experience, preferably in the same industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To keep the quality of coffee products in accordance with TAG coffee program standards.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, and work areas.
• Serves each customer / guest respectfully, swiftly and effectively with an honest, positive, friendly, and exuberant attitude.
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
• To perform any additional duties/tasks given by the immediate head or head.
