Barista (咖啡師)

Responsibilities 職責:

• Responsible for the daily operations of the Coffee Corner, including the brewing and preparation of premium espresso, hand-pour coffee, and various specialty beverages.
  負責 Coffee Corner 的日常運作，包括咖啡及各式特調飲品的沖調與製作。
• Proficient in operating and maintaining various coffee equipment to ensure high-standard professional quality and consistency in every cup.
  熟練操作及維護各項咖啡設備，確保每杯飲品均達到高規格的專業質素與穩定性。
• Work closely with the floor team to demonstrate strong teamwork, delivering meticulous, high-quality, and premium service to guests.
  與樓面團隊緊密配合，發揮團隊精神，為顧客提供細緻、優質的尊尚服務。
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and working environment, adhering to the restaurant’s strict standards.
  維持咖啡吧檯及工作環境的整潔衛生，符合餐廳之嚴格標準。

Requirements 要求:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry (experience in private clubs, hotels, or fine-dining restaurants is highly preferred).
  具 2 年或以上咖啡師或餐飲業相關經驗（具私人會所、酒店或高級餐廳經驗者優先考慮）。
• Possess a passion for coffee craftsmanship; demonstrate a positive work attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork.
  對咖啡工藝懷抱真心熱誠，具備良好的工作態度、責任感與團隊合作精神。
• Good daily communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
  具備良好粵語及英語的日常溝通能力。
• DSE or above, Fluent in Cantonese, with basic communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  中六（DSE）或以上學歷, 具備流利廣東話，以及簡單的英語和普通話溝通能力.
