Wer are excited to open our upcoming Palo Alto location, and we’re looking for Senior and Junior Baristas to join our team!

About the Role

As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages, including specialty tea and coffee drinks. You’ll also be the face of our brand, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea- and coffee-based beverages with care and consistency
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Educate customers on our menu and tea offerings
• Make thoughtful recommendations based on customer preferences
• Upsell seasonal or special menu items when appropriate

What We’re Looking For

We value responsibility, communication, and passion just as much as experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista (preferred but not required for junior roles)
• Passion for tea, coffee, food, and quality craftsmanship
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow standards and instructions
• Ability to communicate in English (reading and writing)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends
• Experience with espresso machines is a plus
• Ability to learn and operate brewing equipment (coffee machines, tea brewers, etc.)
• Valid California work authorization (required)

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
