Barista

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, juices, and other drinks.
• Take customer orders and receive payments.
• Make drinks according to the café’s standards.
• Keep the coffee shop, tables, and work area clean.
• Clean and take care of coffee machines and other equipment.
• Check and refill coffee, milk, cups, and other supplies.
• Provide good and friendly service to customers.
• Answer customer questions and handle complaints politely.
• Follow food safety and hygiene rules.
• Help the team with opening and closing duties.
• Work quickly and efficiently during busy hours.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, positive, and hardworking attitude.
• Able to work well with a team.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good personal hygiene and a clean appearance.
• Basic English communication skills.

Experience:

• Barista: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

License/Certification:

• QID (Preferred)
