About the role

A café barista role preparing and serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to café standards, providing friendly and efficient service to customers, and supporting daily café operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages according to café standards
• Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers
• Educate customers about menu offerings and make product recommendations
• Operate POS system and handle cash or digital transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
• Assist in inventory checks, restocking, and daily store upkeep
• Support café promotions and events as needed

About you

• With or without barista experience (training will be provided)
• Passionate about coffee, customer service, and lifestyle brands
• Energetic and friendly with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Team player and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
