We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join the team at Grosvenor Restaurant.

Set within a beautiful garden centre focused on healthy living, wellbeing and great experiences, we’re a busy destination serving great food, brilliant coffee and plenty of happy guests.

Coffee is a huge part of what we do, so we’re looking for someone who takes pride in making great-quality coffee consistently, enjoys working at pace and genuinely loves looking after guests.

If you love the buzz of a busy Saturday but don’t fancy working Saturday night, you’ll love our 9am–5pm opening hours.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating and serving a high volume of quality coffees and drinks to a consistently high standard.
• Welcoming guests and providing warm, friendly and genuinely hospitable service.
• Taking orders and payments at the till, answering questions and making recommendations.
• Supporting with food service, checking back with guests and clearing tables when required.
• Keeping the coffee station, restaurant and guest areas clean, tidy and fully stocked.
• Working closely with the wider team to keep service flowing during busy periods.
• Following food safety, allergen, hygiene and health & safety procedures.

• Passionate about coffee and proud of what they serve.
• Naturally warm, friendly and genuinely guest-focused.
• Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Able to maintain quality and attention to detail when it gets busy.
• Reliable, hardworking and happy to get stuck in.
• A great team player with a positive attitude.
• Interested in developing their coffee and hospitality skills.

Previous barista experience is preferred, but the right attitude, personality and passion for hospitality are just as important. We’re happy to support the right person in developing their skills.
