What You'll Do

As a Barista at Leven Bakery & Cafe, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Assisting customers with menu selections and providing friendly, attentive service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and dining area.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
• Restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Upholding Leven Bakery & Cafe’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring both skill and passion to the table. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of barista experience in a café, coffee shop, or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
