About the role
Eclatte Gourmand is looking for a passionate, responsible, and dedicated Barista to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Menyiapkan dan menyajikan coffee & beverage sesuai standar Eclatte Gourmand
- Memastikan kualitas, rasa, dan presentasi minuman
- Menjaga kebersihan area bar dan peralatan
- Melakukan stock checking bahan-bahan bar
- Memberikan pelayanan yang ramah dan profesional kepada customer
- Menjaga standar operasional dan kebersihan area kerja
About you
- Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
- Berpengalaman sebagai Barista menjadi nilai tambah
- Memahami basic coffee & beverage preparation
- Mampu mengoperasikan mesin espresso dan peralatan bar
- Rajin, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki inisiatif
- Memiliki attitude yang baik dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
- Berpenampilan rapi dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift
- Berdomisili di Bandar Lampung menjadi nilai tambah
