Barista

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of products
• Upsell additional items to customers when appropriate

Skills

• Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Experience in sales within the food industry is a plus
• Familiarity with cash register operations
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Understanding of food safety protocols in a food service setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $17.00 per hour
