About The Role:

Guest Service:

Prepare and serve a full range of coffee,tea,and speciality beverages to brand and quality standards.

Provide warm,attentive,personalised service for all guests.

Maintain a clean,organised,and inviting service area.

Respond to guest feedback calmly,professionally,and proactively.

Operational Duties:

Operate espresso machines,grinders,brewers,and point-of-sale systems safely and confidently.

Ensure correct food handling,hygiene,and allergen practices at all times.

Maintain stock levels,restock displays,and notify managers of shortages.

Follow opening,closing,and cleaning procedures.

Quality & Standards:

Ensure consistency in product quality,presentation,and taste.

Calibrate equipment daily and monitor product freshness.

Adhere to company policies,brand standards,and health & safety requirements.

Teamwork & Communication:

Work collaboratively with colleagues across F&B and Front of House.

Support new team members during onboarding where required.

Communicate operational issues or guest feedback to the manager promptly
