Job Description

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to company standards.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café, equipment, and work area.
• Monitor inventory and properly store ingredients and supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory checks.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or college level; college graduate is an advantage.
• Previous barista or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
