Barista

Cafe Dolce is looking for a barista who takes their craft seriously and genuinely enjoys working with people. If you care about quality coffee and good service, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, matcha/tea drinks and seasonal beverages to our quality standards
• Engage customers with a friendly, attentive approach — learn regulars' orders, make newcomers feel welcome
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system
• Work closely with your teammates to keep things running smoothly during busy periods

What We're Looking For

• Prior barista experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
• A genuine interest in coffee/tea
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
