Barista

As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving expertly crafted coffee drinks, along with our signature waffles and crepes. Your role is key in creating a friendly, warm, and vibrant atmosphere for our customers, ensuring every guest enjoys their visit. You’ll also work with a dedicated team to maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, and specialty drinks.
• Create and serve waffles and crepes following our recipes and presentation standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, waffle makers, and crepe stations.
• Follow company recipes to ensure consistency and quality in each beverage and dish.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning coffee equipment and food prep areas.
• Handle cash register transactions and process payments accurately.
• Restock supplies such as coffee beans, waffle batter, crepe fillings, and toppings.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure proper stock levels for ingredients and supplies.
• Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Upsell products like seasonal specials, coffee beans, and merchandise to customers.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
