☕ Barista – Grow Café

Grow Café is looking for an experienced and reliable Barista to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for coffee, takes pride in their work, and can provide friendly and efficient customer service in a busy café environment.

About the Role

As a Barista, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages
• Operating the coffee machine confidently and efficiently
• Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service
• Operating the POS system and handling cash/EFTPOS
• Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic coffee station
• Restocking supplies and assisting with general café duties
• Working effectively as part of a small team
• Following café procedures and food safety requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous barista experience is required
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented
• Able to work independently and during busy periods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
