Key Responsibilities

1. Beverage Preparation & Quality Control

• Prepare coffee and non-coffee beverages according to standard recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
• Follow cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers and take orders accurately
• Provide product recommendations when needed
• Handle customer concerns professionally

3. Cashiering & Transactions

• Process payments accurately using POS system
• Handle cash and digital transactions responsibly
• Ensure correct order encoding and receipt issuance

4. Store Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment, and customer area
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels

5. Team Collaboration

• Follow store SOPs and operational guidelines
• Coordinate with supervisors for smooth store operations
• Support overall store performance and service standards
