Barista

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our café team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations
• Skilled in preparing espresso-based beverages, hot & cold drinks
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and professional appearance
• Knowledge of specialty coffee is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Take customer orders and provide friendly service
• Keep the bar and work area clean and organized
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with food preparation and other café duties when required
• Maintain proper stock levels and report shortages
• Support the team in delivering an excellent customer experience
