Los Venados Country Stop is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated team members to join our Café & Cantina team!

We’re a growing country stop serving specialty coffee, refreshers, energy drinks, and cantina beverages in the Los Venados/Linn area of Edinburg, TX. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing great customer service.

Barista or bartending experience is preferred, but not required — we are happy to train the right person. Reliability, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn are more important to us than having years of experience.

Responsibilities include preparing coffee and specialty beverages, taking and accurately completing customer orders, handling payments, maintaining a clean and stocked workspace, following recipes and food/alcohol safety procedures, assisting with opening or closing duties, and working as part of a small team.

We offer flexible scheduling based on your availability, $11/hour starting pay + tips, opportunities for raises and advancement, and on-the-job training. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their barista, bartending, customer service, or hospitality experience.

Applicants must be 18 years or older due to alcohol service and must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Food Handler and TABC certification are preferred; requirements can be discussed during the hiring process.
