Job Description

Oliver's Coffee is looking for passionate, customer-oriented, and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Barista. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle transactions efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, and workstations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stocks and supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
• Assist in opening and closing store operations.
• Promote a positive customer experience through friendly and professional service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Previous experience as a Barista, Service Crew, or in the food and beverage industry is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  -Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and team-oriented.
