Front of House / Barista

Join the face of Red Tail Bakers! We're hiring for our front-of-house and barista team to deliver great coffee and great service to our customers every day.

What You'll Do

● Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages to RTB standards

● Take orders, run the register, and serve baked goods and food items

● Keep the café floor, counter, and equipment clean and organized

● Provide friendly, attentive customer service and represent RTB's brand

What We're Looking For

● 1–2 years of café or barista experience preferred

● Motivated candidates without direct experience are encouraged to apply — we're willing to train

● Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

● Reliable and punctual, with weekend/early-morning availability

Pay

Commensurate with experience.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
