Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and care
• Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide excellent service throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including coffee machines, counters, and seating areas
• Follow food safety standards diligently to ensure all products are prepared and stored safely
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light bites when needed
• Manage cash register operations with basic math skills for accurate transactions
• Prioritize tasks effectively to handle busy periods while maintaining quality and speed

Skills

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene standards
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions
• Good time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Capable of multitasking while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus but not required
