Barista

Calling all Baristas and Counter Staff that enjoy working with people in an elegant and fast paced coffeehouse in the Nashville area!

Responsibilities Include:

• Passionately interact with and serve our guests.
• Become espresso bar certified, and prepare drinks consistently according to targeted high quality standards.
• Prepare, cook and serve food items in line with targeted high quality standards.
• Maintain proper cash handling and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Ensure prepared coffee, tea and espresso drinks are continually tested and always of highest quality.
• Keep café clean and organized.
• Educate customers and staff on types of coffee, teas and espressos carried.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and contribute to it being a fun and positive environment.

Available Shifts:

Full & Part Time positions are currently available for Morning, Afternoon & Evening shifts.

(Must be available a minimum of 15 hours per week.)

Requirements:

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Fast & Efficient work style.
• Passionate about quality coffee & tea & food. (Enjoys drinking coffee and tea a plus!)
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
