Barista

Overview:
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Barista's to join our team, at both of our locations. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee beverages. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. We are willing to train you also with no experience if this still seems to be an interest for you do not hesitate to apply.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area

• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

• Ensure quality control by monitoring brewing equipment and coffee quality

• Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with food industry regulations

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation is a plus
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills
• Experience in operating a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system but not required
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
