Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of milk tea, tea, and beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders and offering personalized recommendations
• Operate POS systems for retail sales transactions and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling and beverage preparation stations
• Process cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times

Requirements

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred, with knowledge of beverage service techniques
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Basic math skills for processing sales and giving correct change
• Excellent time management to handle busy periods effectively
• Commitment to food safety standards and proper food handling practices
