Barista

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing quality coffee and other hot and cold beverages while maintaining excellent hygiene and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, tea, fresh juices, and other hot and cold drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Take beverage orders accurately and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and beverage preparation area.
• Check the quality and freshness of coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Monitor beverage stock and inform the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Handle customer requests and provide good customer service.
• Assist the restaurant team during busy periods when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques.
• Basic knowledge of operating and maintaining coffee machines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
