Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, attentive service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked
• Follow food safety standards diligently to ensure quality and hygiene in every drink served
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling pastries or light snacks when needed
• Manage cash register transactions efficiently, handling payments with basic math skills
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth daily operations
• Practice effective time management to serve customers promptly during busy periods

Experience

• Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for coffee and customer service is essential
• Knowledge of food safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards at all times
• Serving experience in fast-paced environments is a plus, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform food preparation tasks accurately and efficiently
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and serve customers quickly during peak hours

Pay: £12.71-£17.38 per hour
