Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Engage warmly with customers, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their visit
• Follow strict sanitation procedures to keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with health standards
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payments
• Maintain food safety management practices to ensure all products meet safety standards
• Restock supplies regularly and manage inventory levels to support continuous service
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior barista experience required.
• Willingness to learn and stay up to date on coffee drink trends
• Ability to stand during shift
• Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Ability to operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and transactions
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
