The Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista specialising in speciality coffee to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft, has a deep appreciation for high-quality coffee, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences, maintaining the highest standards in preparation, presentation, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve speciality coffee to an exceptional standard
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of coffee origins, flavour profiles, and brewing techniques
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and sharing coffee knowledge
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Support smooth service during busy periods
• Uphold all hygiene, health, and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Proven experience as a Barista in a speciality coffee environment
• Experience working with high-quality coffee equipment and grinders
• Familiarity with different brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, etc.)
