Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by regularly cleaning workstations, equipment, and dining areas
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change using basic math skills
• Assist with food handling and food preparation to ensure quality and safety in all offerings
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of service

Experience

• Familiarity with beverage service, drink preparation, and café operations enhances your ability to learn faster!
• Experience with POS systems is not required! Paid training will be provided once hired.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling and processing transactions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures in a retail or café environment
