Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso beverages, matcha drinks, teas, and specialty menu items to company standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and welcoming customer service.
• Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café, including the bar, dining area, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Restock milk, syrups, cups, pastries, and other inventory throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety and health department regulations.
• Open and close the café according to company procedures.
• Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining drink quality and presentation.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts, deliveries, and daily cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous coffee or food service experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.

Pay: $16.90 - $17.25 per hour

Work Location: In person
