At Feather and Bone, we serve modern Western cuisine paired with high-quality, craft coffee. We take pride in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests - whether they are joining us for a morning espresso, or lunch-dining coffee. We are looking for a skilled, passionate Barista to join our front-of-house team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve a full menu of specialty espresso drinks, pour-overs, teas, and cold beverages to exact specifications.
• Prepare coffee and beverage orders for table service accurately and efficiently.
• Share with guests on our coffee offerings, seasonal drink specials, and menu pairings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked drinks bar throughout the shift.
• Perform routine calibration on coffee grinders, espresso machines, and brewing equipment.
• Handle cash and card transactions at the register when taking counter orders.
• Adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a high-volume café or restaurant setting.
• Skillset: Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming/texturing techniques, and basic latte art.
• Punctuality & Speed: Ability to work quickly and accurately during high-volume breakfast and lunch hours.
• Team Player: Great communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with FOH and BOH staff.
• Flexibility: Availability to work schedule and different tasks as needed.
• Language: Excellent spoken and reading of English & Chinese, Putonghua will be an absolute advantage.
