Barista

Gastronova Hospitality Group is seeking a customer-focused and skilled Barista to prepare and serve high-quality beverages while providing excellent customer service. The role is responsible for maintaining product quality, cleanliness, and efficient daily café operations in accordance with company and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Maintain product quality and consistency.

• Operate POS and handle customer transactions accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper hygiene standards.

• Monitor supplies and assist with inventory management.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

• Assist the team in maintaining efficient daily operations.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Hospitality, Culinary, or related course is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in Food and Beverage is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Professional, reliable, and customer oriented.
