BARISTA

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages according to company recipes and SOP.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other bar equipment.
• Perform daily coffee preparation, including grinding, dosing, extraction, and basic calibration.
• Prepare beverages consistently while maintaining taste, quality, and presentation standards.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
• Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
• Able to operate an espresso machine and grinder.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a team
• Responsible, disciplined, clean, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
