We’re looking for a fun, outgoing and genuinely charming Mobile Barista to join us.

Yes, you’ll be making coffee — and ideally a very good one — but this job is about much more than flat whites and cappuccinos.

You’ll be out and about every day, meeting new people, having a laugh, building relationships and bringing a bit of personality along with the caffeine.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who:

• Has a sense of humour — this one is non-negotiable.
• Is naturally friendly, confident and outgoing.
• Actually enjoys meeting and talking to new people.
• Can have a laugh while still getting the job done.
• Is charming without needing to try too hard.
• Can remember a regular customer’s coffee order… or at least convincingly pretend they were just about to remember it.
• Is reliable, organised and happy working independently.
• Doesn’t mind being on the move rather than staring at the same four walls every day.
• Can handle busy periods with a smile rather than an existential crisis.

What will you actually be doing?

As our Mobile Barista, you’ll be taking great coffee out to our customers and becoming a familiar, friendly face along the way.

Every day will be a little different. You’ll meet plenty of characters, chat with customers, serve drinks, keep your mobile setup looking brilliant and make sure people look forward to seeing you turn up.

You’ll need to be comfortable talking to everyone — from the person desperate for their first coffee of the morning to the customer who insists on explaining exactly why their very specific coffee order is completely normal.

Our customers matter to us.

We want someone who takes pride in giving them great service and understands that sometimes a friendly conversation and a smile can be just as important as the coffee you’re handing over.

If you’re naturally outgoing, enjoy making people laugh and would rather spend your working day out and about meeting people than staring at the same four walls…

You might fit in very nicely.
