Barista

We are looking for a passionate and professional Barista to join our premium coffee shop team. The ideal candidate should have strong coffee knowledge, excellent beverage preparation skills, and a genuine passion for delivering a refined guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee and specialty beverages according to company standards and recipes.
• Operate and maintain professional espresso machines, grinders, and coffee equipment.
• Ensure consistency in coffee taste, temperature, quality, and presentation.
• Perform espresso dialing-in, milk steaming, and basic latte art.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages, including signature drinks and manual brews where required.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented coffee bar at all times.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other bar supplies and report shortages.
• Handle POS orders and payments accurately.
• Support opening and closing procedures, stock checks, and daily cleaning.
• Work effectively with the team during busy service periods.
• Maintain professional grooming, communication, and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience, preferably in a premium or specialty coffee shop.
• Good knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee equipment.
• Strong milk steaming and basic latte art skills.
• Specialty coffee or manual brewing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• UAE hospitality or coffee shop experience is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
