Barista

About the role

We are looking for a Barista / Bartender to prepare and serve quality coffee, beverages, and other drinks at Le Amoretto Café & Bar. The position will primarily focus on barista duties while also assisting with bartending responsibilities when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages when assigned to bartending duties.
• Take and prepare beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the coffee and bar areas.
• Monitor and properly handle beverage supplies and equipment.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Coordinate with the service team and kitchen for smooth operations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Perform other café and bar duties as assigned.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Barista or Bartender is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
• Willing to learn and perform both barista and bartending duties.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
