Position 1: Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including espresso drinks, cold brew, iced lattes, and more
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, upbeat attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck at all times
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends (required)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mobile environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Previous barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required (we train!)

Position 2: Driver / Barista

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate the Travelin’ Tom’s coffee truck to events and scheduled stops
• Set up, serve customers, and break down efficiently
• Prepare drinks and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain truck cleanliness, organization, and basic upkeep
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Comfortable driving a large vehicle/truck (training provided)
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends (required)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Customer service or barista experience preferred, but not required

Pay: $11.00 - $30.00 per hour
