Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our café team in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee and other beverages as per café standards.

• Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders and other beverage equipment.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation of beverages.

• Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.

• Recommend beverages and assist customers with menu selections.

• Maintain proper coffee-making techniques and follow standard recipes.

• Keep the bar and work area clean, organized and hygienic.

• Check and maintain adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups and other ingredients.

• Follow FIFO and proper storage procedures.

• Minimize wastage and maintain portion control.

• Handle customer feedback professionally.

• Follow café hygiene, safety and operational SOPs.

• Support the café team during busy hours and assist with other café operations when required.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel or similar establishment.

• Good knowledge of espresso-based and hot/cold beverages.

• Basic knowledge of coffee beans, grinding, brewing and milk steaming.

• Good customer-service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.

• Well-groomed, punctual and hardworking.

• Barista certification/training will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per experience and café standards

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
