Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care
• Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions, and providing friendly service
• Ensure all food safety standards are strictly followed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
• Handle cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Support food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when needed

Skills

• Proven experience as a barista or in a similar serving role is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and standards is essential
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers warmly and professionally
• Experience with food preparation techniques is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 45.0 per week
