Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and serving counters
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all products are handled hygienically and safely
• Manage cash register transactions, including handling payments and giving correct change
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals when needed
• Monitor inventory levels for supplies like cups, lids, syrups, and other essentials, notifying management of shortages

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Barista is essential.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices to ensure customer safety and product quality
• Ability to serve customers with friendliness, patience, and professionalism
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning stations
• Reliable team player with excellent communication skills

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
