Job Title: Barista

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages, specialty teas, and signature drinks following standard recipes.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and grinders safely.
• Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and handle cash/POS transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked coffee bar, counter, and seating area.
• Educate customers on coffee origin, flavor profiles, and menu food pairings.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume café or restaurant.
• Skills: Solid espresso extraction techniques, basic milk steaming and latte art skills.
• Attributes: Friendly attitude, excellent communication, speed under pressure, and strong punctuality.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
