Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Operate the Toast POS system for transactions and manage cash handling accurately
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety protocols
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling practices.
• Assist in serving food items and ensuring Cafe is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product quality during shifts

Requirements

• 1-2 Years previous barista experience and background in the food industry is highly preferred
• Familiarity with operating coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.
• Familiarity with different POS systems is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
