- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Ensure proper presentation, quality, and consistency of beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter, equipment, and work area.
- Monitor inventory and assist in restocking coffee, ingredients, and supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
