Barista

At Purple Rice, we blend authentic Thai flavors with Filipino hospitality to create a memorable dining experience for every guest.

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, and specialty drinks while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness, consistency, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, and specialty drinks according to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and recommend menu items to guests.
• Perform espresso extraction, milk texturing, and basic latte art.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• High School, Senior High School, or Vocational graduate.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista or Food & Beverage staff.
• Experience in latte art, espresso extraction, and milk texturing.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Certification is an advantage.
• Bartending NC II is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned at SM Nuvali
